You can transfer your tags from one item to another - just make sure you update what you're protecting by going to MANAGE REGISTERED ITEMS in your MY ACCOUNT page.  However, our labels are permanent and once you stick it on something, it's stuck!  To prevent any damage to your property, DO NOT try and peel off your sticker.  If you have another item you want to protect, you will need to purchase another label.  The good news is you can get a FREE label and tag simply by referring someone.

Unlike other lost and found recovery services, we take pride in offering a variety of solutions for the safe and confidential return of your property.  There are several ways to get your property back to you.  One of our Item Recovery & Return Specialists will work with you to find out the best way. 

Enhancing your service plan gives you added protection, saves you money and gives you greater peace of mind.  Simply by buying one of our asset labels or id tags, you automatically become one of our Standard Plan Customers.  You will be able to upgrade your service plan after activating your very first unique identification number, or any time after.

NO - the only additional costs incurred will be on the shipping of items that are greater than eight-pounds, or a flat $29.95 fee if you want to take advantage of our Express Courier Service.  There is a $15 Item Recovery Fee on all items for Standard Plan customers.  And you will never have to pay a Recovery Fee if you upgrade to any of our other service plans!

We use one of the strongest permanent adhesives from 3M.  Our labels will stick to virtually any clean, flat surface.  Once you stick them, they are STUCK!  You should never stick your labels on any type of display screens to prevent damage. 

Anything of value you want back if you lose it, including your cell phone, keys, laptop, luggage, passport, bicycle, digital camera, watch, MP3 player, golf clubs, portable DVD player or gaming device.  You should even protect household items like your flat-screen television, desktop computer or stereo equipment.  Law enforcement officials say marking your property can assist them in the recovery of stolen items.
