You can transfer your tags from one item to another - just make sure you update what you're protecting by going to MANAGE REGISTERED ITEMS in your MY ACCOUNT page. However, our labels are permanent and once you stick it on something, it's stuck! To prevent any damage to your property, DO NOT try and peel off your sticker. If you have another item you want to protect, you will need to purchase another label. The good news is you can get a FREE label and tag simply by referring someone.

NO - the only additional costs incurred will be on the shipping of items that are greater than eight-pounds, or a flat $29.95 fee if you want to take advantage of our Express Courier Service. There is a $15 Item Recovery Fee on all items for Standard Plan customers. And you will never have to pay a Recovery Fee if you upgrade to any of our other service plans!

We use one of the strongest permanent adhesives from 3M. Our labels will stick to virtually any clean, flat surface. Once you stick them, they are STUCK! You should never stick your labels on any type of display screens to prevent damage.
